Where the numbers come from

Plan premiums, deductibles, drug formularies, copays, pharmacy networks, and star ratings come directly from the CMS Monthly Prescription Drug Plan Public Use Files and the 2026 Part C & D Star Ratings. Drug names come from the NIH RxNorm API. Part A, B, and D figures are the official 2026 amounts CMS announced on November 14, 2025. This tool is not affiliated with the U.S. government and does not enroll you in any plan.
