By creating an account, clicking "Subscribe," or using Enrollment Coach Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The service is intended for people navigating Medicare enrollment in the United States.

Enrollment Coach Pro is a paid educational software service. It helps you understand Medicare enrollment steps, compare public CMS plan data, and draft letters you sign and send yourself.

We are not:

• a licensed insurance producer, agent, broker, or insurance agency;
• affiliated with Medicare, CMS, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency;
• a fiduciary under ERISA or any other law;
• a law firm or provider of legal advice;
• a State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP); or
• an enrollment channel — we do not enroll you in any Medicare plan.

We receive no payment from insurance companies, agents, brokers, or carriers based on your plan choices. To enroll in Medicare or a drug plan, use medicare.gov, call 1-800-633-4227, visit SSA, or work with a licensed agent you choose.

For free, unbiased help from trained counselors, contact your SHIP at shiphelp.org.

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• You must verify your email before using the interactive tools.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@enrollmentcoachpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

We never ask for your Social Security number or Medicare number. Do not enter them into any field on this site.

Access to the full toolset requires an annual membership at $89.99/year unless we state otherwise on the Subscribe page.

Material terms (FTC Negative Option Rule):

• Price: $89.99 per year, billed annually through Stripe at checkout.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews each year on your renewal date unless you cancel before it renews.
• Cancel anytime: you may cancel from Account → Manage billing (when connected) or by emailing support@enrollmentcoachpro.com. Cancellation is at most as many steps as signing up.
• Renewal reminder: we will email you before each renewal with a simple way to cancel. You will receive confirmation when cancellation takes effect.
• Taxes may apply where required. Prices may change for future renewal periods with notice as required by law.

What is included: Part A & B enrollment coach, Medicare.gov account guide, Part D plan comparison, Bill & Dispute Helper (BDH), and AI Medicare Coach — all described on the Subscribe page before you pay.

BDH helps you understand Medicare billing notices and draft educational letters that you review, sign, and mail or upload yourself.

BDH does not provide legal advice. It is not a substitute for an attorney, your SHIP counselor, or Medicare. Deadlines and appeal rights are complex. If you are unsure, contact SHIP or a licensed professional.

You are solely responsible for letters you send and for meeting filing deadlines.

When enabled, the AI Coach provides automated, general educational responses. It may be wrong or incomplete. Every AI response is labeled as AI-generated guidance. The Coach does not recommend specific insurance plans, rank plans, or tell you which plan to choose.

Do not rely on the Coach as your only source for enrollment or billing decisions.

Plan premiums, formularies, copays, and pharmacy networks come from CMS public data files. We display comparisons for educational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that a plan will cover your drugs at a particular pharmacy at a particular price.

Always confirm details on Medicare Plan Compare or with the plan before enrolling.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law or regulation;
• attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems or other users' accounts;
• scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service without written permission;
• submit false information or impersonate another person;
• use automated bots to abuse APIs or circumvent rate limits;
• use the service as if we were your licensed agent, attorney, or fiduciary.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Enrollment Coach Pro website, software, text, design, and branding are owned by Enrollment Coach Pro or its licensors. CMS data and RxNorm data remain subject to their respective terms. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own Medicare education while your subscription is active.

Letters drafted for you are yours to use. Our templates and software remain our property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that CMS or third-party data is current. Medicare rules change. You are responsible for verifying all figures and deadlines with official sources.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENROLLMENT COACH PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, MISSED ENROLLMENT DEADLINES, DENIED CLAIMS, OR PLAN SELECTION OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enrollment Coach Pro from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or letters and filings you send based on tool output, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice when practicable).

Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) survive termination.

We may update features, pricing for new subscribers, or these Terms. Material changes to Terms will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before your next renewal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your state of residence require otherwise.

Before filing a claim, contact support@enrollmentcoachpro.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
